Joel was always positive and reassuring without ever seeming insincere and it never felt he was just in it for the sale; it felt he had our best interests in mind. First time home selling experience can be nerve wrecking especially when you want to be totally honest with your potential home buyer!! Yes, this is the dilemma we faced.
