From day 1 it was clear that Joel would give us the attention needed to sell our home for the price we were looking to achieve. Joel works with some fantastic people including, but not limited to: photographer - it's one of the main things you need done professionally and quickly to get people in the door - and that it did, with 16 showings the first week///lawyer - communication and bottom dollar are key in this arena and our transactions always seemed like they were the only thing going on to Groll Law (even though they had 12 closings on the day we dual closed - Jonathan still showed up to our buy, keeping full care of what was in our best interest). We appreciated Joel's attentiveness to detail and willingness to find what was right for us. Joel also has no problem telling you when something doesn't seem appropriate while staging your home or while buying. Joel encouraged me to get my house listed for its optimal time to show during a good market period. He was polite in the process of soliciting me as a client and I sensed his concern, determination to work for me, as he put in weekend time for open houses consistently. He had a good optimistic spirit and was always pleasant in his demeanor. In the end, Joel found the client whom returned after a couple months to buy my townhouse. He also led me to a home, an hour away, which I recently closed, and am very much enjoying (after a two-year search).

Joel worked very hard to find us the right property. When we made an offer he kept us informed about the negotiations and advised us on what was a fair offer. He is hard working, always willing to meet and kept in touch even after the sale. Not to mention one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Working with Joel was a wonderful experience. He answered every question and/or concern quickly and honestly. He didn't pressure us but kept in touch whenever a new property came up. He arranged showings on short notice that fit our schedule and worked hard to get us a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
