First time home selling experience can be nerve wrecking especially when you want to be totally honest with your potential home buyer!! Yes, this is the dilemma we faced. We wanted to focus on all the positives of our 70 year old charming and drop dead gorgeous home but at the same time not shy away from informing of its flaws to our next buyer. Joel helped us do exactly that and more. We were able to collaborate with Joel on some of our ideas on marketing the home. Be it staging the home, hosting open houses, reaching out to potential leads or simply connecting with other realtors to “pick their brains” about questions we had - Joel did everything effectively and kept us informed on what was important. We consider it a lucky accident that Joel Zielke was connected w a property we enquired about after seeing it listed online. Joel was always positive and reassuring without ever seeming insincere and it never felt he was just in it for the sale; it felt he had our best interests in mind. We valued his honesty and genuineness. He assured us we could contact him whenever we needed to and a last minute glitch (unrelated to BHS or Joel) which led to very long closing wasn't a hardship.
