Patient, knowledgeable and cheerful
The first thing you notice about Joel is, he is very approachable and patient. He is always available and explains to you the process in as much details as you require. He is very detailed oriented. This helps a lot since as a buyer or seller, you don't know the questions to ask and you rely on the agent anticipate your questions and answers them. Joel is exactly that. Would def. recommend Joel
