We were moving from out of state so we had tons of questions and lost count of how many properties he showed us, and yet he was always encouraging, patient, extremely quick in getting us answers. Should we need to buy or sell in the future we would not hesitate to use Joel again.

Joel is very knowledgeable about the Monroe/Trumbull area and did a very good job getting us the information that we needed to buy a home in CT from out of state. He was very flexible in working with our schedule and timeline to find and view homes (and there were a lot of them). He answered all our questions and kept us in the loop through the whole process. His advice was sound and trustworthy. We will be keeping him in mind if we ever need to move again.

Closed on our 1st home with Joel on June 8th, 2018 - Shelton, CT Joel was an absolute joy to work with for my wife and I. We had been to a couple of realtors before Joel that were ok, but after seeing one of the homes Joel was listing and meeting him in person made the switch to Joel and didn't look back. He went far out of his way to show us all the properties we wanted to see and in a very timely manner as the market this year was very competitive for buyers and homes were going very fast. The best qualities of Joel's though were his experience, his thorough knowledge of market perspective and current trends, and most importantly his honesty about each of the homes we viewed. He didn't just tell us want we wanted to hear, he told us we needed to hear as we saw everything from fixer uppers to move in ready. Joel also really shined when my wife and I found a home we really liked in Shelton which had a large amount of competition - and some pretty difficult sellers to say the least. Joel put in the offer (our 2nd or 3rd in total) and dealt with counter offers and difficult negotiations and really put in the time having conversations with me morning, noon, and night at times with updates on the deal as it was fast moving and the sellers did not make it easy on him or the lawyers. Long story short, Joel met all the challenges we faced and my wife and I are very blessed to now be in our new home together to start our lives in and I would recommend Joel to anyone in second!
