Joel made it fantastic experience for us as first time home buyers! Joel doesn't normally work in the area that I bought my house however he did some research on the market and understood what me and my wife were looking for. Joel was able to work with me even though I was only available on the weekends. It took longer for me to get back to Joel than it did for him to get back to me.
