Joel was very helpful in purchasing my first house. I wanted to find a mortgage that would fit my budget monthly (including taxes). He was able to send me several options in a few towns I had chosen to look. This made the process for me pretty seamless. He also gave me contacts for the appraisal, lawyer, and loan company. Some may hesitate to use their realtors suggestions but these were people he used for personal home purchases as well. Overall, Joel was helpful and attentive throughout the whole process from start to finish. He was honest about concerns and things to look for in a house and was always very responsive. When I sell this house I will certainly use him again.
Joel is very knowledgeable about the Monroe/Trumbull area and did a very good job getting us the information that we needed to buy a home in CT from out of state. He was very flexible in working with our schedule and timeline to find and view homes (and there were a lot of them). He answered all our questions and kept us in the loop through the whole process.
