Joe was a great agent to work with when we started the process of buying our first home. He had good advice for us on every step of the journey. His expertise really shone through with helping us navigate the bidding process in this crazy market - his estimate for what we should bit was SPOT ON (just barely high enough, with the right conditions, to make us the top choice for the home we wanted, but not so high that we overpaid). He was very professional, and very available. He was patient with taking us to look at all the different houses we were interested in, and didn't give us any sense at all of being rushed. We love the home we bought, and Joe made it not only possible, but helped it be as low stress as buying a house could be. :)
