We weren’t able to find our dream house in MD so Joe was able to help us secure a really nice rental, then provided a referral to another awesome agent in PA where we found our home. A professional agent’s priority are the needs of the customer even if they don’t make the sell and that what Joe is!

It is rare that things for me ever happen without some kind of major issue. I figured that doing something as big as selling a house would go exactly the same way. I was very wrong about that. Joe and his team made this just about the most stress free thing that I have ever done. As with anything, issues popped up here and there. Joe jumped on them very quickly and had them resolved before I really had time to even think about them.
