I had the best experience working with my realtor Joe, both with selling my previous home and purchasing my new home. Joe knew what kind of home I was looking for, and he went beyond my expectations during the search. I love my new home! Thank you, Joe and the Century 21 team for all you have done for me.
Joe͏ Smith made my mom HAPPY! When my mom decided it was time to sell the house she shared with my dad for 35+ years, I introduced her to Joe. While the house was in a highly desirable neighborhood (Shipley's Choice), it needed a lot of work to get it ready for sale. Joe had the resources, knowledge and patience to make the process as effortless as possible. When the house was ready to be listed, interest rates were higher and the market was slowing. Joe had the expertise and information to set the price JUST right. And then he advertised the listing creatively and effectively, resulting in an offer ABOVE the asking price just DAYS later. A signed contract didn't mean Joe's work was done: he helped Mom through the inspections and coordination with the title company. And when something came up last-minute and I couldn't attend the settlement, I knew Mom would be in good hands because Joe was there. This is the second home Joe has sold for us and he's the only realtor we'll call when it's time to sell the next one. THANK YOU JOE!

Gets͏ the job done! He has sold two of my homes (when nobody else could) in record time at full asking price. Very professional. Great communication.

Joe was fantastic to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and current market conditions. With his help, we were able to be priced just right to ensure our home was competitive. Joe was an excellent communicator and was never more than a phone call or text away! This is so important, especially in this fast-paced real estate environment. He kept us up-to-date with the latest information and provided us with the pros and cons on each offer we received. I cannot say enough great things about Joe and how much we truly appreciated having him as our agent!

The home selling process went very well from the beginning to the end. Lee Smith was with us at every important milestone. This made for a pleasant experience. I will recommend Lee to my friends!
I’d recommend Joe to anyone and he got my old house sold quickly in two days. He does take the time to explain clearly step by step so we understood the process of sale.
Most trusted person I've ever had the privilege of working with. As with all new realtors, didn't know what to expect. Joe blew me away with his honesty, dedication, and amazing connections. Even after our sale, Joe has been providing us recommendations for future projects. If i could rate higher than a 5 I would
