An update to our earlier review: An update: Monica assisted us in refinancing our home in 2020, which saved us over $600 a month. In 2021, my husband received a job offer which necessitated a rapid relocation across the country. Joe coordinated all of the updates to prepare our home for sale, and had it staged so that it looked its very best. He was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the process. Because of his hard work, professionalism and assiduous attention to detail, we were able to sell our home and buy a new home in our with the proceeds.
