Joe is the best! We chose him because he lived in our neighborhood and knew the area well. He was so helpful and he made the initial selling process so easy and stress free. Unfortunately we had the worst experience with the buyers. They made selling our house a nightmare. Luckily for us we had Joe. He came over weekly to go over things and made sure we were fully aware of everything that was happening with the buyers. We got daily texts from him and never felt out of the loop.
