Joe is the best! We chose him because he lived in our neighborhood and knew the area well. He was so helpful and he made the initial selling process so easy and stress free. Unfortunately we had the worst experience with the buyers. They made selling our house a nightmare. Luckily for us we had Joe. He came over weekly to go over things and made sure we were fully aware of everything that was happening with the buyers. We got daily texts from him and never felt out of the loop. Joe was always available and he was so informative. He made sure we understood everything in our contract and that we knew about all our options with these awful buyers. He made a stressful situation with the buyers so much easier. We would have lost our minds if it were not for Joe. He really was a life saver and we are so thankful he was our agent. Plus his company had the Homes for Heroes project so if you are a first responder or teacher, you should definitely go with Joe. I received a check just for being a teacher!
