Joe is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have bought and sold more than a few properties in my life! He is the friendliest and by far the most knowledgeable. His electrical and general contractor background coupled with his realtor expertise really helped in our decisions looking at multiple properties. He is funny and very patient! He made sure all the details were dealt with and made any closing issues resolve uneventfully. He has an army of experts to help do anything that has to be done. Jaime is just as friendly and efficient. I am grateful to have found them and would recommend their team to anyone in need of real estate assistance.
