When I decided to sell my condo I had no idea where to even begin. My husband introduced me to Joe and we talked briefly about the condo. What I loved the most was that Joe reached out about a week after our first interaction just to check on us and see if we wanted to go ahead and get started. That alone made me go with him instead of other realtors. He wasn’t pushy, and he was always available for any questions. When we met for the first official meeting Joe went over all the details for the selling process, prices, strategy, and within an hour I went from knowing nothing to having a detailed plan with dates and appointments for the rest of the month. Everything happened really fast after that. People say there are no stupid questions, I am sure I asked many, but Joe never made me feel like any of the questions were stupid and he responded in a timely manner all the time. We went from being on the market to escrow in less than a week. I am sure I am lucky with how easy the selling process went and I attribute it all to the hard work the O-Team put into it.
