Over the course of the purchase, Joe was quite helpful. First off, he listened. Our requirements became the homes that he searched out, and had us look at. After our selections, he helped negotiate prices and terms that were favorable to our needs. Closing was the same as well. We are quite pleased with him, and we have no doubt that we would NOT use anyone else if we are in the market again. We wholeheartedly recommend him.
