What an awesome experience we had working with Joe!!! His professionalism, patience and incredible knowledge of the area made our home purchase experience the best we’ve ever had. I highly recommend Joe for your real estate needs. We will certainly utilize his skills again!!
Joe is the best! He was attentive to our families needs and listened to every request we made. He blocked off two days to show us 20+ homes when we relocated to Ohio. He has a positive attitude, was always smiling and took time to talk us through each homes community, location, and school district. He answered any questions we had and offered his honest opinion to help us make decisions. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone moving to the Toledo area!
Joe helped us immensely on a relocation for a job. During the initial community tour he actually picked out the house that we would end up buying. He listens intently and works patiently through the process. He navigates roadblocks with patience and understanding. This was our third relocation to a new city and by far the easiest. Would definitely use him again.
My husband and I were moving from Miami to Perrysburg and worked with Joe to purchase our new home. We had less than a week to find a new place to live and can't say enough excelent things about how Joe helped us. He answered every question we addressed to him and explained with detail all the process clearly and thoroughly. Joe was patient, highly knoledgeable about Perrysburg area, and was incredibly flexible and accomodating in scheduling viewings. Excellent service and professionalism by Joe. Care! This is where Joe went above and beyond. Joe has been followed up even after the closing process. We highly recommend him. Debora and Ronaldo
We were planning for our move back back to Ohio from living in Haiti. Joe was selected based on 'net reviews and lived up to the high expectations which we had. With his guidance and help the process of selection of the house and the myriad of details which needed addressed remotely was, not only made possible but, facilitated in a timely manner so that we were able to move in the day after we returned to the USA. His client-focus and his service-orientation was much appreciated.
Joe is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive! These are the most important attributes you want for a real estate professional when you are looking to buy/sell a home. He was always available to answer questions would work around our schedule when we wanted a closer look at a home we were interested in. Joe was pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him!
Joe and his team represented our home with professionalism that made our experience seemless. We were very happy with Joe. You will be very happy working with Joe and his team.
Joe is awesome. We have worked with him to buy or sell 4 times now and he is always communicative, professional, and great to partner with. He is terrific at working with clients, negotiating prices, and has the respect of area realtors. I think the world of Joe and would never use anyone else in any real estate related matter in Toledo!
We gave Joe a task of finding us a house in one weekend (2 days) due our house selling quickly and not only did Joe find us a house in a weekend, he negotiated a great price for us! Joe was very flexible and responsive to our needs. We closed on the house within the timeframe we gave Joe as well. Joe did an outstanding job and we WILL use him again! Shelly Nell did a great job with the closing as well!! Thank you to Joe and the Tyo Team!!
Joe and the Tyo team were extremely professional and allowed us to meet our financial goals with the sale of our home. Joe is very knowledgeable of the Toledo area real estate market. We would highly recommend him.
Joe did a great job in assisting our family in finding the right house in the Stone Oak Country Club area. He has expert knowledge of the area (school's, neighborhoods, local restaurants, fitness facilities, etc.) and he was right on the mark with recommendations. He was the most responsive realtor that I have ever used (and I have purchased 6 homes in past 25 years). He was extremely pleasant to work with and did not pressure us in any way on any decisions. I would recommend Joe Mathias as a realtor for anyone moving to the Toledo area. Dan
Joe was recommended by a friend and he was awesome. He really had my back (nice job on the home warranty!) and made my first time house buying experience very pleasant. His team was excellent as well. Would gladly work with them again.
