He is personable, honest, experienced and very responsive. He very clearly walked us through the home buying process and was there for us every step of the way. We've bought two and sold one house with Joe as our agent - really our guide through the process. And the reason we came back for the second two transactions is because he continues to impress us every time we work with him. Joe is always accessible and works tireless regardless of the time or day. He's networked very well in the industry and can bring other specialists to bear as needed (attorney, home inspection, etc). His knowledge of the region and the market is always on point and he's just an all around great guy.
