Although, this is a business, he is kind and generous sharing his knowledge and meeting with us even outside of the regular hours to understand out wants and needs.

Joe is wonderful to work with! We gained much knowledge of the different areas of Tampa and Brandon from Joe. We spent over 4 months in a hard market meeting Joe almost every week to view homes and he stood by us every step of the way. Dedicated to his clients is an understatement. I'm proud to call Joe a friend and will definitely be reaching out to him should we ever decide to relocate within the area.

Joe was not only incredibly nice and humorous, but very responsive and moved quickly to get my unit sold. He always had my best interest in heart and made sure that I was aware of all of my options, the fine details, and helped guide me to the best decision for my family.
