Joe was great! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He made buying our first home completely painless. We told him what we were looking for and he found some great homes in our desired location and budget. We had quite a few on our list, he had us narrow it down to a few. He took us to look at them showed and us some cool features. He drafted up an offer on our house, helped us negotiate and buy a home the same day we looked! I will use him again the next time we buy a home.

Joe was amazing to work with. We first met with him a couple of years ago to learn about the home buying process as we were first time home buyers. He helped us figure out what we would need in place financially and what to be prepared for long before we ever looked at houses. When the time came for us to start looking he was our first call because of how low pressure he was during our dirst meeting. He helped us find a wide range of homes to look at all within our price range. We didn't look at a single house outside our range and that was much appreciated by my penny pinching self. Joe was very knowledgeable not only about the areas and market rate for the areas but also about builders. Since we bought a 90s home it was nice to know that we bought a home that was built by a reputable builder and that our house would continue to stay in good shape for years to come. His negotiation skills were top notch, he gave us great recommendations on what to ask for and what to settle on. He made the whole process incredibly easy and found us the home we wanted the first time we went out looking. From first meeting to the closing table he was our advocate and helped us achieve our dream of owning a home. I would recommend Joe to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell.
