I live in Texas and had to sell our family property in San Leandro, CA. Joe made the whole process so easy and painless. He began with patience, as I called him about the sale but wasn't quite ready to put it on the market due to family obligations in the area. He didn't rush me and just said let him know when I was ready. When it was time, he quickly provided me with comps in the area, we discussed the listing price and while he made it my decision, provided me with lots of feedback to help the process. He helped with getting the house cleaned, removing items from the house, getting anything fixed and offered good advice on how to market the property. Within a very quick time, the house was ready for sale and looked fantastic. He was quick to notify me of the offers that were coming in and provided me with the paperwork and a phone call every time there was an offer. He also provided me with a summary of offers comparing each one so that I could look at one sheet instead of each offer separately which was extremely helpful in comparing the offers. We discussed each one, pros and cons, but let me decide which offer to accept. Within a week, the property was sold over the price I was expecting, and it closed quickly and effortlessly for me. I appreciated all his assistance as I was working with lots of people on my parent's estate and it was just one thing I wasn't concerned about at all. He makes sure every box is checked and nothing falls through the cracks. Due to his efficiency of staying on deadlines and making sure everything that needed to be was done, there were no delays. He made selling my home a very easy process. I easily stress (even sometimes unnecessarily) but he would talk me through everything and answer all my questions, no matter how small.
