We have worked with Joe on 7 different real estate transactions since we met him back in 2005 - ranging from our first ever home purchase to investment properties and to most recently, selling our very unique 6-acre dream ranch property. This particular transaction was incredibly emotional and time-consuming as we needed to downsize and move our belongings, animals and ourselves to the other side of the country. Joe was so incredibly compassionate about our stress levels, he provided so much assistance to us - both physically and mentally. We could never have sold our home in Sunol with anyone other than Joe, there simply wouldn't have been anyone else who could give us the support that we needed. And not only that, our house sold FAST and the terms he helped to negotiate were perfect for us. Truly, the best realtor ever.

I live in Texas and had to sell our family property in San Leandro, CA. Joe made the whole process so easy and painless. He began with patience, as I called him about the sale but wasn't quite ready to put it on the market due to family obligations in the area. He didn't rush me and just said let him know when I was ready. When it was time, he quickly provided me with comps in the area, we discussed the listing price and while he made it my decision, provided me with lots of feedback to help the process. He helped with getting the house cleaned, removing items from the house, getting anything fixed and offered good advice on how to market the property. Within a very quick time, the house was ready for sale and looked fantastic. He was quick to notify me of the offers that were coming in and provided me with the paperwork and a phone call every time there was an offer. He also provided me with a summary of offers comparing each one so that I could look at one sheet instead of each offer separately which was extremely helpful in comparing the offers. We discussed each one, pros and cons, but let me decide which offer to accept. Within a week, the property was sold over the price I was expecting, and it closed quickly and effortlessly for me. I appreciated all his assistance as I was working with lots of people on my parent's estate and it was just one thing I wasn't concerned about at all. I would highly recommend using Joe for all your realtor needs.

Joe was a great agent to work with. Very knowledgeable and a great work ethic. He does what he says he'd do and always follows through. He makes sure every box is checked and nothing falls through the cracks. Due to his efficiency of staying on deadlines and making sure everything that needed to be was done, there were no delays. He made selling my home a very easy process. I easily stress (even sometimes unnecessarily) but he would talk me through everything and answer all my questions, no matter how small. Always explained the pros and cons of choices I needed to make, giving all the information to make an informed decision. Above and beyond customer service. He dealt with the HOA very professionally even when they weren't and kept changing information they gave him. I would highly recommend him for any house sale or purchase, you will not be disappointed.
