Jody helped us purchase our first home. She was very patient as we had many questions about the process of buying a home. She always responded quickly and we felt like she really listened to us. After seeing several houses and finally finding the one we loved, she quickly helped us with the paperwork. Once we finally were under contract, after multiple offers, we hit more bumps that Jody took in stride. The closing date changed several times and we were frustrated but Jody was very confident and fought for us to make the closing happen. I found Jody by chance while looking for my first home online. She answered all of my questions even when I'm sure it seemed I wasn't too serious about buying a home (I couldn't decided what I really wanted). <br/><br/>Throughout the home shopping and buying process she was always just a text, call, or email away and answered promptly. I often felt I was being the most needy client ever, but she never made me feel that way. Jody did a great job on a complicated transaction. She referred us to a really good mortgage broker and home inspector. She was always available to answer questions and keep us updated. She has good local connections, which was a huge plus for us since we were moving from out of state. I would recommend Jody without hesitation.
