Jody helped us purchase our first home. She was very patient as we had many questions about the process of buying a home. She always responded quickly and we felt like she really listened to us. After seeing several houses and finally finding the one we loved, she quickly helped us with the paperwork. Once we finally were under contract, after multiple offers, we hit more bumps that Jody took in stride. The closing date changed several times and we were frustrated but Jody was very confident and fought for us to make the closing happen. She explained everything that was happening in the process so that we could understand. We made the right choice by working with Jody and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

I found Jody by chance while looking for my first home online. She answered all of my questions even when I'm sure it seemed I wasn't too serious about buying a home (I couldn't decided what I really wanted). <br/><br/>Throughout the home shopping and buying process she was always just a text, call, or email away and answered promptly. I often felt I was being the most needy client ever, but she never made me feel that way. She was always more than happy to go above and beyond.<br/><br/>She helped us find the perfect house and after 3 months of negotiations with the seller and a few small snags (from the seller's side) she helped me buy the starter home of my dreams! Jody did a great job on a complicated transaction. She referred us to a really good mortgage broker and home inspector. She was always available to answer questions and keep us updated. She has good local connections, which was a huge plus for us since we were moving from out of state. I would recommend Jody without hesitation. We found her completely by accident, just good luck on our part. Update: Jody sold our old house and helped us buy a new one in 2017. She was (again) great to work with and I can't imagine ever using a different agent. Recommended even more highly
Jody helped me with an in-town move within a short timeframe. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or rent, so Jody helped walk me through the pro's and con's of each, and showed me several different options. Not only is Jody a true real estate pro, her vivacious personality makes a stressful process quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend her!
Jody helped me sell a condo while I was living three hours away. She got me in touch with people who fixed the place up. The condo sold in just about two months on the market and at nearly the asking price.
Jody made me feel like I was an important client. She did not answer the phone while showing a house. She made herself available when I was available. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. I brought my parents with me a couple of times to give me feedback on the house and Jody was always respectful to them and entertained their questions.
