We found Jody to be knowledgable, honest, energetic and fun during the complete process of finding, purchasing and closing on our home. Jody did an excellent job of showing us houses which fit our budget and requirements. She was quick to notice and point out conditions within some properties we visited which would be problematic both in the short and long term. She connected us to the online listing which provided a nice range of homes in our preferred areas. She took the time to evaluate my home and gave great advice on what I needed to do to sell, and also stopped me from doing some things that I thought I needed to do, but she said was fine.
