I can't say enough good things about Jody. I initially contacted her by email,not even sure of I was ready to put my house on the market, or if I should wait awhile. I emailed her around 8pm, & got a reply within the hour, setting an appt for 3 days later. When she arrived, she had a spiral bound notebook all about my house, the comparison studies, tips on selling, moving,etc. Very professionally done & complete. We spent approx 3 hours discussing my plans,when to sell, appropriate pricing, etc. By the time she left I felt she was a friend.
