We are first-time homeowners. Jody was always available for questions and concerns, and she and her assistant would do a great job getting us showings very soon after we requested them. Jody was very helpful with the process and told us what we needed to do and how much time we had to do it. She takes her work very seriously and sometimes even skipped meals in order to help us. She was patient and understanding when my husband and I disagreed (which is practically inevitable when two people have to agree on the largest purchase of their lives so far : )). She was always taking notes as we went through houses, writing down our likes and dislikes. She would tell us about known issues with the houses we looked at. For example, she would let us know that houses in a particular area tended to have cracking issues with the foundation because of the type of soil. She was a great go-between, getting us the warranties we asked for, negotiating repairs, etc. She also recommended a great lender: Union Home Mortgage with Brian Smith. We were very satisfied with them as well. We're glad we chose Jody to help us find and purchase our home.

We had a great experience using Jody. We originally were going to meet with a few realtors before deciding who to list with. Jody was the first we met with, and after she left we knew she was who we wanted to list with. We did not even bring in anyone else. We wanted someone who would hit the ground running and work hard to sell our house, and that is exactly what she did. The first weekend it was listed she brought quite a few people through and we received an offer Sunday night. I would highly recommend using Jody.

Jody gave us great input about our home upgrades that helped the online listing. Easy ways to communicate and accept house viewing by text/email notifications. Her system allows feedback from those that viewed our house. Jody is very responsive and her investment in online advertising paid off with the selling of our house!

Jody is a joy to work with! She really helped with finding our new home quickly and connected our family to a lender that also helps with debt management. Jody did a great job for us. She showed us a lot of houses and was patient with us because we were very fussy. We kept providing her with lists of houses we wanted to see and Kristi (her assistant) did a great job of working with our schedules. Jody is a professional outgoing Realtor. Her knowledge of the area and assistance with pinpointing the value of my home was perfect. Jody and her staff are quick to respond whether by email, text or phone. If they were not immediately available I always had a response from them within minutes of contacting them. Jody is the perfect example of what you think a Realtor should be. I would recommend her highly.

When I was looking for a realtor, in one of my searches Jody's name popped up. I read all of the reviews and decided she was the best fit to accomplish what I needed. I loved that she had an online presence, because when I researched some other names that people had given me there was nothing online to guide me. Jody is very professional, helpful, qualified, easy to work with and great at communicating quickly when time is of the essence. We had looked at several homes together that didn't quite excite us. We were scheduled to see one at 11:00 one day. I looked at the new listings and found one that looked like a sure fit. I emailed her at 6:30 in the morning and mentioned that we'd like to see it ASAP. When she met us she told us she got the email and we were going to see that one also. As soon as I walked in --- it was perfect for us!!! It was in a desirable location and we needed to act fast. Jody suggested a starting price & we made the offer. However, she called us back within a few hours (and this was on a Sunday!) and said that there was another party making an offer at the same time and the buyer was going to choose the bottom-line best offer. So, we were going in blindly and not knowing what the other party was offering. We followed Jody's perfect advice and guidance, wrote a 2nd offer and held our breath. Later that afternoon we got a call that they chose our offer and we had the house!! It couldn't have happened without her experience and diligence to make it happen. Jody is a pleasure to work with and works very hard at what she does!! I would highly recommend her (and I have) to anybody looking to purchase or sell a home!

We were amazed on how quickly Jody was able to sell our home in East Toledo. Our house sold for more money than any in East Toledo in many years. She always answered our texts, calls, and email. Jody was experienced in all forms of media advertising which allowed a wider audience of buyers. She also held a broker's open house which exposed our property to a large number of realtors.
