Jody is an excellent agent who did a super job selling our home. She spent a lot of time explaining what steps we needed to take to make the house sell ready. She gave us names of professionals to do painting, plumbing and electrical work. All recommendations were excellent and gave us good value for our money. She even gave us a name of a yard person to care for our yard while we were gone for the summer. She answered all our questions promptly. The circumstances surrounding the sale of our house were complicated to say the least. We were upside down and in a tough spot with the bank. Most realtors would have walked away from us. Jody, on the other hand stuck with our family and helped us out of a tough situation. The sale of our house took 3 years! Not because of Jody. Our bank continued to make mistakes all along the way and delayed the process so long, buyers continually walked on us. Jody had to find different buyers for our home on four different occassions.
