The reason we contacted Jody originally was due to the amount of positive reviews we found online. In terms of sheer volume she had more than any other agent listed. Jody and her team certainly lived up to their billing. Within the first week I believe we had five showings. Within the first two to three weeks of listing our house we had eight to ten showings. Shortly after that we had an offer and the house was sold. Jody and Denay (her assistant) were great to work with. They communicated with us very well and kept us up to date with what was going on.
