My wife and I had been trying to sell our home for over two and a half years in a sluggish real estate market. We had few results from three previous realtors we had contracted with. One former realtor had even left the area and had not even informed us. By the time we were referred to Jody, I had retired from work and we had moved out of the country to be involved in a voluntary missionary work. She always kept us aware of any activity regarding interest in the house and within six months after contacting Jody our home was finally sold. The circumstances surrounding the sale of our house were complicated to say the least. We were upside down and in a tough spot with the bank. Most realtors would have walked away from us. Jody, on the other hand stuck with our family and helped us out of a tough situation. The sale of our house took 3 years! Not because of Jody. Our bank continued to make mistakes all along the way and delayed the process so long, buyers continually walked on us. Jody had to find different buyers for our home on four different occassions. She basically sold our house 4 times until the bank finally approved the sale of our home. Dealing with the bank was a nightmare. Dealing with Jody and her team, especially Denay, was a dream! She cares! She is professional and she is diligent in all that she does. If it were not for Jody and Denay, I am certain, our home would have gone to foreclosure.
