Jody Zink

Jody and her team were great partners throughout the whole experience (buying and selling). They were always available for any questions that came up and were very knowledgeable about handling the entire process. During the buying process, they helped me use all the tools to strengthen my offer. During the selling process, they helped me prepare my house to showcase it's highlights and marketed it well to bring in many people and get multiple offers. I would highly recommend them.

Jody and her team were very responsive. There was always someone around to answer any questions. Everything went smooth and from open house night to closing afternoon, wrapped up in less than 30 days!

It was nearly 14 years ago that we were fortunate enough to find Jody Zink, because she helped us find the perfect home. Now, needing to find our mother/MIL a place of her own, there was no question who to turn to—Jody Zink and her incredible team at EXP Realty. Their talent lies in making what is typically a very stressful process, anything but. Between Jody, Denay, and the entire team, no question went unanswered, and every interaction was productive and enjoyable. The entire team was 100% dedicated to the task at hand. Happily, we found our unicorn home for an aging parent in need of a place to call home, and it was all made possible by Jody and Team EXP. Yup, we're happy (repeat) clients and would wholeheartedly recommend Jody, without hesitation.

We first contacted Jody to look at the possibility of moving in the next year. That quickly changed to looking at houses the next week. Jody and team were so attentive to every request or question and never made me feel like I was bugging them. They went above and beyond working all hours of the day and night to get us the house we wanted (and in record time before we became homeless). I love the care and concern they have for their clients. It was a bright light in a stressful process and overall they took some of the stress out of it for us. I love them!
