Jody Buck is a first class real estate agent, on a very reputable team, whom I would highly recommend. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and personable, Jody represented our interests as if they were her own, and made our overall experience an enjoyable one. We were referred to Jody by a colleague of her's, Steven Murphy, whom we had worked with several years prior on the purchase our home in Federal Hill. After the birth of our first child we decided it was time to move out of the city and were looking to relocate to a Baltimore suburb. Our search kept expanding and expanding and eventually carried us 50+ miles west of the city. Through all of this, Jody always accommodated our wishes to be shown homes that required significant commutes, oftentimes well after normal business hours. After finding the house we had to have, and having a contract all but signed, our negotiations hit a snag that could have put us back at square one. Instead of pushing for us to compromise, Jody took a hard stance that she knew was very important to us. We got the house! However, shortly after we moved in, we encountered minor issues with the home that should have been our problem to deal with. Instead, Jody continued to advocate for us until she knew we were completely satisfied. The attributes that she exhibited are very rare in business dealings these days and my wife and I were blown away.
