I would highly recommend working with Jody & Jim. I've found that sometimes with realtors, after you sign on with them, the level of personalized attention can leave a lot to be desired. The opposite was true with Jody & Jim. Lighting fast response time, any day, night, or weekend. They personally oversaw the staging of the whole house - even moving couches and patio furniture themselves! They met the appraiser on site with comps to ensure the full value of the home was being considered. With any handy work needed, they met the contractors too. To be clear, it wasn't an employee of theirs or somebody else - it was always Jody & Jim personally. Their teamwork shone - and what I think makes their partnership unique is that they aren't afraid to challenge each other or disagree in front of the client. They both bring a unique set of skills and perspective to the table, and at the end of the day, as the client I felt like I benefited most from the combination of the two. If you are looking for a team with integrity, client-first mentality, and a deep understanding of the market - this is the one. PS: they also sold our house in 1 day - kind of a big deal!
