Jodie Bizarro was recommended to me and my wife by a professional service provider for which we have a high regard. When we met with Ms. Bizarro, we discussed a few options to sell and purchase several properties. After Ms. Bizarro explained the strengths and weaknesses of each of the scenarios that we were considering, we decided to sell both of our currently owned properties and purchase a home that fit into our retirement vision and lifestyle expectations. We moved forward with the listing of our properties. At the same time, we were searching for our "retirement" home. The time frame from our first discussion for selling and buying of properties to the actual execution of the buy and sell contracts was only 8 weeks. My wife and I have bought and sold many properties over the years and can say, unequivocally, that this was the best property sell/buy experience that we have ever had. This was due, entirely, to Ms. Bizarro's attention to detail and diligence.
