My 86 year old mother decided it was time to move close to our family. We started the process over a year ago. Like in most cases, Mom needed to sell before she closed on a new home. Mom started the process wanting a condo. Jodie supplied us with a real time list of what was available in the area and even offered alternatives like duplexes and townhouses. In the end Mom changed her mind and fell in love with a duplex. Jodie spend over a year looking and offering options and solutions while my mom waffled back and forth on offers for the home she was selling.
