I’m Jodie Bizarro and I’ve enjoyed life on the Space Coast for over 25 years! As someone who was born on the east coast in Massachusetts, and raised on the west coast in California, I can confidently say there is no better place to live than the Space Coast.
For 13 years I enjoyed a career in human resources primarily because of the satisfaction I garnered from helping others succeed. For similar reasons, I LOVE being in the real estate field because it allows me to gain the same sense of satisfaction through leading others through potentially stressful seasons of moving and selling. Helping people has always been my passion, and I’ve discovered guiding people through such a large decision helps me see that passion come to life, time and time again. I will forever cherish the relationships I’ve built with former clients and love knowing I got to be a small (but important!) part of their life’s story.
My goal as a Realtor is to reduce the stress and fears associated with making such a large investment or sale. It’s absolutely crucial to have the right agent on your side during a decision like this and it is my pleasure to provide clients with the reassurance they need when searching for a Realtor. I make it one of my highest priorities to communicate with my clients so they fully understand each step of the process. As my client, you will know what’s happening at each turn so you’re able to make the best decisions for your particular situation. I believe in direct, honest communication. I pride myself on successful multi-transaction sales, my extreme attention to detail, and my strong time management skills.
In addition to my dedication to my clients, I have one son, Tyler, whom I adore. He is now 25 years old. As a single parent I raised my son while working full time and putting myself through 4 years of college to obtain my bachelor’s degree in human resources. Prior to that I gained a sense of responsibility and a strong work ethic through playing 14 years of softball and two years of all-star travel softball. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and getting to know new people. I’m invested in the county and want to see it continue to be a fantastic place to live, which is what led me to volunteer my time with public services like Habitat for Humanity, Keep Brevard Beautiful and more.
If you’re searching for a home, I think you’ll find that I’m the kind of agent who will stand by your side and use my strengths to see you succeed. Finding the perfect home is the simple part of the process. Getting it to the closing table is my strength!
