She took time to drive us to show us the areas to shop (Food, Clothes, Etc.) for my wife, places to obtain all services (Gas / Electric / Water & Trash / Cable, Internet &Phone) Jodie continues after settlement to be more than expected of any Real Estate Agent. We live in Baltimore Maryland, and I work for a Major Government Contractor and had to Relocate to Palm Bay Florida. We had never been in this area before (Space Coast), not even on a vacation. Due to multiple offers coming in on all properties of interest to us, the market was just crazy during our home search in Palm Bay Florida. Jodie kept providing properties of interest and placing offers for a few months and after previous offer rejections, she was able to find us a home to purchase. The home found needed a lot of work, yet Jodie assisted by contacting several local contracting companies in a professional manner and provided me with multiple estimates to choose from, which we did. Jodie’s Due Diligence in pursuit of contractors on our behalf was not only essential but critical, as it saved us a lot of money, since I am working remote from Baltimore and did not have the time to do all the research myself. We currently have a new roof being installed at this time, we also have a new HVAC System being installed and finally a new Solar Pool / Spa system being installed, which appear will be all complete before we move to our new Florida Home in a couple weeks. We settled this property on March 10th 2022. We will not be in our new Home in Florida until April 11th. Jodie continues to communicate with us and all our contractors to ensure completion of all projects, thus more than exceeding any expectation of a Realtor.
