Where do we begin with Jodi- I mean INCREDIBLE! She is truly a master of her craft. She is knowledgeable, honest, patient, kind and was an amazing advocate for my fiancé and I. She made the first time home buying experience fun and easy. She really listened to us and considered our wants and needs; she made herself available to us night and day and answered every question that came up. Our experience working with Jodi exceeded all expectations. As first-time home buyers, we didn’t know what to expect, but she supported us throughout the entire process past just finding us a house. She was extremely patient with all of our questions. She not only explained the various unfamiliar documents/vocabulary in a way that made sense to us but also shared information and tips that she thought would be useful without us asking. Upon first impression, Jodi is a kind and genuine individual. However, she was also willing to stand up for us and communicate with the building company on our behalf when issues arose in the building process. I can imagine that navigating the home buying process can be stressful but she made it enjoyable and exciting. Jodi helped us sell our home. She did a great job surveying the market in our area and pricing the house. We already moved our furniture out, and she staged the home with other furniture, making it look really attractive to buyers. We could tell she spent a lot of time getting it right. It was our first time selling a home, and she entertained our endless list of questions with the patience of a saint. And we sold our house the day we listed it!
