I loved working with Joanne while selling my mother's townhome. At our first meeting, she came incredibly prepared with comps and told me exactly what I needed to do in order to prepare the home for sale. Joanne helped us find our current home in 2013. After a long search including going into contract on a home and us backing out after an unsatisfactory inspection, she walked us through every step of the process, going above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. This year, when it came time for us to list our first home that we had kept as a rental property, we didn't even consider listing the home with another agent. Joanne was our first and only phone call. She is incredibly knowledgable, thorough, and has access to so many incredible resources that were able to help us get top dollar for our listing, which closed this week. Joanne was extremely patient and helpful when we were looking for our first home. She listened to all of our ridicules requests in a home, not only did she listen to what we wanted, she only showed us homes with in our requests. We went and looked at a handful of houses and she was not pushy for us to settle on any of the houses she showed us. She listened to our likes and dislikes about the houses and each next house was better and better. I am extremely pleased that she was our relator and I recommend her to all my family and friend looking to sell or buy a home.
