In this day and age of the real estate market we were very worried that we could not sell our home. But, we went with Carol and she assured us that we'd get thru this and we did with flying colors because of her expertise. She made all the steps of moving easier for us. We had great showings and did exactly what she asked thru the process. Then she called with happy news. Someone loved our home like we did. Now we are in our dream home because of Carol. This would of never happened if we were with someone else. She is professional, all knowing and is exceptional in the process. It was so easy to work with Carol. We felt like we we knew her for years. Now I give her name to everyone that's interested in selling or buying.

Where to start! My wife and Litsa made an immediate connection. Litsa worked with us as we were transitioning into the area. She and her team were the best - and this was our fifth relocation! Litsa patiently worked with us as we decided which communities we wanted to consider, what type of home, and then she worked relentlessly to find home options for us.
