Joanne is great! She is very responsive, has a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and is superb at walking you through everything that needs to get done. She referred a wonderful realtor that my wife & I used to find our new house in another county. After patiently waiting for nine months for us to be ready to move, Joanne helped us (1) find an organizer to get us through sorting and disposing of 30 years worth of detritus and locating a good mover; (2) find a contractor to intelligently renovate our old condo, plus a window replacement company, a painter, a flooring company and finally cleaners. Her folks came in at the low end of our renovation budget and did great work in a very timely manner. (3) Joanne also dealt with our Home Owners Association, their old management company and their new one. (4) She found a wonderful associate to keep things moving when her vacation came up, and checked in with us during her trip. (5) Finally Joanne listed, sold, and closed our condo within a couple of weeks once the renovations were done and got us significantly more than we expected.
