Joanna was pretty much perfect from Listing to Closing... Excellent communication. Explaining every step along the way, always having our best interest at heart. Helping us stage the house, showing it, promoting it, filling us in about any potential buyers. She kept us calm and understanding when a deal fell through due to buyer error.
