Helping us stage the house, showing it, promoting it, filling us in about any potential buyers. She kept us calm and understanding when a deal fell through due to buyer error. Joanna is an awesome realtor agent. She always kept us updated on showings, open houses, feedback etc. Her knowledge of the market is unbelievable. She even went to the house and turned the water and water heater back on after the freeze for us since we are out of town.
