Joanna was pretty much perfect from Listing to Closing... Excellent communication. Explaining every step along the way, always having our best interest at heart. Helping us stage the house, showing it, promoting it, filling us in about any potential buyers. She kept us calm and understanding when a deal fell through due to buyer error. Joanna is not your typical real estate agent. She is truly one of a kind. Years ago, when the market was tough, we struggled to sell our home and eventually took it off the market. At the time, Joanna was our agent, and although she went above and beyond, the timing just was not right. We briefly worked with another agent after that, and it did not take long to realize what we had in Joanna, a true diamond in the rough. When we relisted with her, she once again exceeded every expectation. Joanna does not just list your home. She makes the entire experience personal. She is the kind of agent who will show up at a moment’s notice, vacuum your floors, and make sure your home is ready for a last minute showing, even helping wrangle the dog. She responds to questions and concerns so quickly, you will wonder if she ever takes a break. After moving out of state for a couple of years, we returned and did not hesitate for a second to call Joanna to help us find our next home. She worked tirelessly, handled our stress with patience and grace, and never stopped until we found the perfect place. When we finally did, I am convinced she was just as excited as we were. Joanna is a truly good person with a genuine heart. She is not just our real estate agent, she is family. We will never use or recommend anyone but her. Joanna is an awesome realtor agent. She always kept us updated on showings, open houses, feedback etc. Her knowledge of the market is unbelievable. She even went to the house and turned the water and water heater back on after the freeze for us since we are out of town. All I know is I wish I would have used her from the very beginning instead of going through someone else first. I will highly recommend her to anyone that is wanting to sell their house.
