Joan was our buyers agent for our home search and she gave us great service throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, contractors and local issues to be aware of such as radon. She saved us at least $10,000 off the price of the home by recommending we offer a price below what I was thinking. She managed the inspection process and did little things I wouldn't expect like look for a replacement light fixture. I would highly recommend her.

We needed a road paper signed by all the residents on the road. She went to each one and got each signature.
