Joan is the best. I have used her to sell two homes for me. The whole process was smooth. She walked me through everything I needed to do including some touchups and minor renovations to bring top dollar in the housing market. I will definitely use her again if the need ever arises! I highly recommend her whether you are in the market to buy or sell a home.
Joan was wonderful!! She helped me through a hard time selling my mom’s house. My mom had recently passed away and my emotions were all over the place. I felt like I was letting go of the last of my mom…. 40 years of memories in that home my parents built. Joan was so compassionate through the whole process!! She listed the house late Friday evening, it was shown 4 times Saturday, and had 3 offers Monday morning at asking price. We had a contract pending and the buyer backed out.
