I would highly recommend Joan as a realtor. Joan helped us search and buy 10 acres of land in Ft. White. We live in Orlando, so we visited the area several times and Joan spent the time with us to drive to all the properties we wanted to visit on each trip. We let her know which ones we were interested in beforehand and she had all the info ready to go and mapped out so we could make the most of our time.
