On each home she gave us an in-depth analysis of the home, both the good and the bad. She would go over the long term aspects of purchasing or not on each home. She brought out specifics on each home that she had selected for us to review and even highlighted things about the home that we had not even thought of. When we were ready to purchase, she pointed us to a lender that was able to get us an interest that was 1 1/2 points below our own selected lender.
