We came to meet Joan at one of her multiple open houses she was hosting with her staff. It was impressive to us how professionally staged and run everything was at these open houses. We also had a very good conversation with Joan and this made Debbie and I very comfortable with her open and honest personality. There was great - no pressure follow up to that week end meeting and it happened from there. This is who we wanted to sell our home. Joan had a plan she shared with us from the point we signed the listing. Was how she communicated with other agents and firms that likely made this home easy to view and understand the value. Use of multi media and never delaying a minute to pick up a phone and talk to another agent or even with us. We received updates by e-mail on showings and follow up notes from the other agent that we could see what was good and bad with a showing. If agent didn't do a write up Joan and her staff would track it down. We were always in the know. We took a vacation and felt totally comfortable leaving our home in her care. Joan had coached her team so they knew the RE/MAX goal. They approached our questions and needs like we were the only client they had. This is another reason why she is so successful with what she does. We were so happy with the performance and eye to detail we knew we wanted Joan and her team to be helping us purchase a new home too.
