In my opinion she went "above and beyond" in the closing. For example, we needed to go to Irvine from our place in Carlsbad in order to wire money to the escrow company. She arranged for the notary to meet us in Carlsbad and then she took the signed documents back to Santa Barbara while we went on to the bank to wire the funds. She is also a very friendly and personable individual. We would certainly recommend Jo Ann to any of our fiends.
