The "Impossible" Became POSSIBLE

Using the same realtor for 25 years to buy, sell, buy, sell, buy pays off! The relationship makes all the difference. The Ward Team got right to work as soon as we had a phone conversation about considering leasing a house and leaving a rental community. They were sure they could find a brand-new villa for less than our current lease rate even with all the expenses added in (HOA, Insurance, Utilities, etc). They were 100% correct. What seemed impossible to us (owning a home again in our senior years!) has now become the possible! The monthly cost saves us hundreds of dollars and keeps building equity. The Ward Team was onboard the entire length of the journey...through all of the ditches, the deepest foreboding valleys, to the mountain top peak of closing. They were there to hold our hand through the dicey parts and the waiting, waiting, waiting to hear from the underwriters after a multitude of requested info from the loan analyst and underwriter.
