Throughout the home-buying process he was available to look at houses virtually every time I asked, was responsive to and knowledgeable about all my questions about the home-buying process, and recommended capable & professional contractors. He also provided a keen perspective on the current Denver realty market and what you needed to do to get the home you want. In particular, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get a loan for a great property where the HOA was bogged down in a lawsuit. Because of the lawsuit, most brokers wouldn't even consider a loan, but he was able to track down a lender that not only considered the loan, but ultimately approved it. I would fully and completely recommend Jim to any prospective home buyer.
