Relocating from out of state can be a challenge when time sometimes is an issue. Jim and Rebecca made time in their week to show us some homes. They knew exactly what we were looking for. After finding the perfect place they actually got the paperwork started before we were to head back out of state. They kept in constant contact while working on the deal for us. Closing was a breeze. A smooth process. Would definitely recommend them...and have!

Okay it all started when we were looking for a realtor to help us. It was on a Sunday and time was of the essence. Jim's office was the only one that called us back. He met me at the property 3 times before the sale was completed, and followed up on all the necessary paperwork and calls to make my purchase a smooth transaction.
